Affirm statements that you wish to embody. Things that you want to experience in your life. Focus on the departments of your life that matter most. And especially focus on using affirmations to override any limiting beliefs that you may have.
As much as you can!!! I’d start with 2x daily for 30 days. I like to listen to my affirmations, so it’s easy for me to plug my headphones and press play or listen to them in the car. I recommend listening to them within the first 20-30 minutes of waking up, because that is when your mind is the most impressionable.
You know it’s working when you start to FEEL and SEE things change! It may start subtly or very drastically! You’ll know right away that it’s linked to a particular affirmation because it’ll be related to it. Celebrate those wins!
Take a look at your affirmations, you most likely don’t have a strong enough emotional connection to them. It’s important that you affirm things that make you FEEL a positive emotion. If you’re affirming something that makes you feel contracted because you feel so far away from that place, that is an indication to replace the affirmation for one that resonates with you emotionally. And sometimes, when you feel so far away from the goal that you are affirming, it may just take adding words like “I am in the process of healing my relationship with money” instead of saying “I am a millionaire!”.
They do if you BELIEVE in them and do them consistently, they do if you give yourself the opportunity to do them long enough to see the change! 😉
